I think a good leader must have characteristics like organization, motivation, accommodation.
A leader must manage more thing and people than normal workers. For example, if one company’s leader whose organize ability is not good. He will not arrange the daily works order well like hold meeting with his subordinate, report the schedule progress to his boss, research the new product for the future, even attend the welcome party after come off work. In general situation, a leader will have many things to deal at the same time. He must have good organization ability in order to process everything well at the same time.
The second characteristic of leader is that he must motivation. Because the leader is the man who needs to lead other people to face challenges. He must not afraid of challenges and encourage everyone to face it, even the situation is bad. For example, if a main pitcher of a baseball team got hurt. The leader of the team – captain must find appropriate alternate people and tell the main pitcher and team members that everything will be all right.
The third characteristic of leader - accommodation is also important. Because one function of the leader is to solve everyone’s problems, a good leader must glad to help other peoples. If he doesn’t care about his subordinate’s problem and just deal with his own things. His subordinate will not admire him and deal the thing not seriously. It will influence the centripetal force of the team.
A good leader must have characteristics like organization, motivation, accommodation in order to deal everything well and also make the team members to have the same belief.

Patrick - I agree that a leader must be organized, motivated, and accommodating with people. Good examples of how a leader should show each characteristic to people.
