After I graduate from school, I work in a big company. In the company I learn a lot of things like how to get along with colleague, what administration of big company, how to cooperate with others in order to accomplish a big project. But I always have a dream to have my own company someday. Why I enter to big company just because I want to learn some skill and save some money to help me have my own business in the future.
The most important reason why I prefer have my own business is because that you can get almost what you pay. In other words, if my company earn morn money than last month. All the money is belong to me. If you work in company, you will get fixed salary although you work very hard in some months. I can made money for “myself” if I have my own company, No longer made money for other people.
Moreover, managing a company will more challenge than work for the company. I must handle all the things like finance, human resource, stock, even IT systems at the same time if I have my own company. It’s much harder than just be an employee. Although having a business is tough, but it can made me learn more, and get more.
Another advantage to have my own business is that I can do what I want to do. I do ‘t need to obey somebody’s command or follow the system of company. I can decide my company’s open time, what my company’s budget next year, what kinds of services my company will provide. Although the risks are much higher than work for a company, but it’s also a valuable experience. I always have a dream to have my own business someday. Before I realize my dream, I need to learn some experience form other companies. After all, It will easily to fail if you don’t prepared. I hope that my dream can realize someday.

How to set up a personal computer

If you want to set up a personal computer on your own, you can follow the steps below. First, decide the main function of the computer, like surfing the internet, printing pictures, or playing games. Second, decide what kind of hardware and software to buy. If you want to print pictures, a printer is needed. If you want to fix photos, Photoshop is necessary. Third, search the internet and find the cheapest store. Then, add the price of all components and software from the internet. After that, decide your total budget for the PC. Compare the sum price and your budget. If the price is more than your total budget, you must decide which component is less important and cut the budget of that component. For next, you must withdraw the cash from an ATM. In Taiwan, it is tax free if you buy a 3C product with cash. Next, drive to the store and buy what you want. When you come home, connect every component and test all hardware. After that, install the software and make sure that the system and software are stable. If the system is stable, set up the other hardware like printer, webcam, scanner. If something is wrong, find out the cause, take the broken component to the store, and change it for a new component. Finally, turn on your speaker, play the music, execute the browser, and enjoy your new computer. Setting up your own PC is not difficult and is interesting. It is also cheaper than the brand PC like DELL or HP.

What I am thankful for in my life.

I am very thankful for my family, especially for my parents, wife, and father in low.
First, I want to thank to my parents. In my country, it is very common that parents hit the children when they are making trouble. But my parents never hit me since I was born. They also give me all the things as much as they can and support my decision silently even if I am grown up.
I also need to thank for my wife. She is a very nice, considerate, mild person. She bears a lot of my bad habits. She also bore a child for my family and raised my son alone now. That’s very tough job because my son is just 10 month old.
Another person I want to thank is my father in low. He is a CEO of one company. He teaches me many skills about how to deal with the thing. And now he also helps my wife to care my son.
I am thirty one years old, but now I just a student. I don’t make money for my family. Nevertheless, all my families encourage me to finish my study and give me the support. I very appreciate that they are my family.

Dream job

A dream job for me is that not only fit my interesting but also make good salary. I have been to being a captain of an airplane since I was a child. If I am a captain, I can travel to different country, visit different people and varied scenery and I also have good salary.
The most important reason I want to be a captain is that I like visit different country. You can visit many different countries if you are a captain. Today, you start your job in Taiwan; tomorrow, you come off work in L.A. You can visit Las Vegas, Long Beach, Hollywood. Three days later, when you arrive to the London. You can visit Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, and the Tower of London. If I am a captain, I’ll have many incredible experiences when flying to different countries.
Second reason, I also like make friends from different countries. Because the language in every countries are different, I can learn lots kinds of language from my overseas friends. I think it will be very interesting if I can say “thanks” in six languages. Every countries’ culture are also different. For example, the people in Western are more open minded than Chinese. I think that is advantage and I also want to learn. If I am a captain, it will be very easy for me to see different culture and learn the advantage.
The last reason, the good salary, is also the important reason why captain is the dream job for me. Captain has good pay and you haven’t work every weekday. You will have many times to have trip and don’t care about that you will run out of your money very quickly. Another advantage is that you can travel around the world and the company must pay you money. Your family can also get discount when taking the airplane if you are captain.
I want to be a captain since the first time I went abroad in seven years old. Although I can’t achieve my dream but now I can study abroad. I can also visit beautiful scene in other countries and make friends with foreigner. Maybe I will try to be a captain if my English is good enough in the future.

I think a good leader must have characteristics like organization, motivation, accommodation.

A leader must manage more thing and people than normal workers. For example, if one company’s leader whose organize ability is not good. He will not arrange the daily works order well like hold meeting with his subordinate, report the schedule progress to his boss, research the new product for the future, even attend the welcome party after come off work. In general situation, a leader will have many things to deal at the same time. He must have good organization ability in order to process everything well at the same time.

The second characteristic of leader is that he must motivation. Because the leader is the man who needs to lead other people to face challenges. He must not afraid of challenges and encourage everyone to face it, even the situation is bad. For example, if a main pitcher of a baseball team got hurt. The leader of the team – captain must find appropriate alternate people and tell the main pitcher and team members that everything will be all right.


The third characteristic of leader - accommodation is also important. Because one function of the leader is to solve everyone’s problems, a good leader must glad to help other peoples. If he doesn’t care about his subordinate’s problem and just deal with his own things. His subordinate will not admire him and deal the thing not seriously. It will influence the centripetal force of the team.

If you travel in a new country, it will be a lot of novel experiences whether it is exciting or frustrating. If someone wants to have a travel in Taiwan, I will give he/she some suggestion in order to let he/she has fun time.
In the U.S., many stores close before 8:00 pm. But most stores in Taiwan close in 10:00 pm. Especially for “night market”, they always close in 1:00 am. You can only find some delicious foods like “octopus ball”, “peanut sugar” in the night market. You can also find some cheap clothes there. There is a very interesting place, never stay in your hotel and visit nightmarket before 1:00 AM.
If you ask me where is the most beautiful place in Taiwan. I will say “Taroko”. In there you can see many straight mountain and beautiful gorge, you can also swimming in the river or have mountain climbing. Because of the beautiful scene there, my families go to there every years. It is located in the east of Taiwan, You can take train to visit there. It just cost you 3 hours.
Another thing I must remind the people who want to go to Taiwan is that you can take Taiwan High Speed Rail to the where you want to go. There are totally 7 stations through the Taiwan. It will help you save a lot of time if you take this transportation.

However, there are also many drawbacks in Taiwan. The first suggestion I will give travelers is that you must take the umbrella with you when you go out. It rains very often in Taiwan.
The second thing I will suggest is the air pollution is aeries in Taiwan big city like Taipei, Taichung, Kaushung. You can go to outskirts as much as possible. The air qualitr is better there.
You also need careful the bad traffic situation and bad traffic habit in Taiwan. If you want to cross the road. You need careful the car whether the trafic light is red or green. In many countries, walker is first. But in Taiwan, driver is first. So be careful when you walk in taiwan. You shouldn’t drive in taiwan and instead by public transportation system like MRT or bus.

Taiwan is a beautiful and interesting place, I think it is worth if you take a vocation in Taiwan. If you follow my suggestion I believe that you will have a nice trip.

Composition- My favorite movie

My favorite movie is “The Da Vinci Code”. That’s because of the same-named novel. I remember when the first time I saw the novel, I can’t help to stop myself keeping studying and finish all the book in 3 hours. I think the story is tight and creatively. Because I have never been to Roma so many things in this story I can just image before the appearance of the movie. So I went to the theater in the first day of playdate in order to fulfill my imagination. The protagonist of the movie is also my favorite actor- Tom Hanks. In the beginning of this movie the director of du Louvre was killed, the police doubt that protagonist is murder. In order prove the protagonist is not the murder, he and heroine not only escape the police, but also need to riddle the puzzle. Finally he finds the secrecy in du Louvre and proves that he doesn’t the murder.
Because of this movie, I can see a lot of famous painting, and du Louvre; even know the history and religion of west culture. Through this movie the idea that Dan Brown want to express is more real to me. Because I very like the novel “The Da Vinci Code”, the movie is also become my favorite one!
